A London police officer was surprised Thursday when he spotted a naked man running by while on patrol.
Police said the officer spotted the man, wearing only woolen socks, running in the area of Thurman Circle just east of Fanshawe College around 10:30 p.m.
The officer chased the suspect on foot and managed to arrest him, although police said the suspect resisted during the arrest.
Vincent Mucci, 21, of London, is charged with one count of resisting arrest and for being intoxicated in a public place.
