So whats everyones favourite movie soundtracks?

Mines got to be Star Wars (no particular episode - its all awesome)
I like older Star Wars though sometimes the music, despite being good, felt awkward at some points.

Again, Kung Fu Panda, Ghost, Titanic, Back to the Future (comes in such perfect cue!), Love Actually.

Love Actually is a pretty good soundtrack, that movie and soundtrack are a great all-round package in fact.

Trainspotting is easily my favourite

Races: 163 - Wins: 23 - Pole Positions: 24 - Fastest Laps: 22

The Dark Knight, without a shadow of a doubt! Hanz Zimmer is a genius.

Circuit Thermalito

Liverpool Waterfront Circuit (WIP)
Hannah Montana? ;)

No, in all seriousness... I think there's plenty of good movie music being written, much of it by John Williams, but I have Nobueo Uetmatsu's "Final Fantasy" soundtracks, so anything in a movie kinda pales into insignificance...

Jenson drives it like he owns it; Lewis drives it like he stole it

Cheesy but cool nonetheless......LOL
I love the intro sound of topgun. :)

of recent movies i have seen, i think the Inglorious Basterds soundtrack was very good.

Kill Bill.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Dazed and Confused and 2001: A Space Odyssey. My top vote would probably go to 2001.
what about 007? the main theme is quite cool and the title songs mostly weren't that bad either.

Bond movies, definitely! Goldeneye would probably be my favourite.
My least favourite is a toss-up between Die Another Day(the crap Madonna song summing it up IMO) and The Living Daylights(The dodgy quality and general cheesiness of that soundtrack reflects Timothy Dalton's acting for me). Still, The Living Daylights does have one saving grace - the promotional poster :P

No to Bond movies IMHO. A "soundtrack" cannot be defined by one theme song.

I loved Timothy Dalton's portrayal. Favourite Bond, although I can understand how he dosn't appeal to everyone.
