Who said that?
If there's one thing the English get right, it's breakfast.

This bacon goblet makes my usual bowl of weetbix, sugar and milo look very sad indeed. Sometimes I do like a bit of crumpet though, just for a change. :-)

Everyone knows that million-to-one chances happen 9 times out of 10; indeed, it's a common requirement in fairy tales. If the human didn't have to overcome huge odds, what would be the point? Terry Pratchett - The Science Of Discworld

sorry but nothing beats a good cup of chocolate milk in the morning! That has been my routine for at least 19 years, possibly 20 ;).

Gui, are you really one of the Rugrats who never ages?

A proper English breakfast is a masterpiece. :) I was in America again this summer and stayed at a hotel which served "English breakfast" ... my arse! If I hadn't been feeling so relaxed I would have been at pains to point out exactly how poor their effort was. Bacon should not snap when you bend it! Mushrooms should be fried, not incinerated!

Locke, welcome to America and their "original" concepts ;). French toast is never French toast, Belgium waffles are just waffles, English muffin is just a badly made muffin... just settle for something without a dish name :P.

Made some Eggs Benedict this morning - a breakfast you can't go wrong with.

Every once in a while it's baked beans, sausage, bacon, fried mushrooms and tomato, toast and marmelade on Sundays - not typical German but yummy.
