Hey,

I have a problem with my copy of Flash CS4. It's been working fine, and then it suddenly came up with a message when opened it. "License Expired. Licensing for this product has expired." I tried re-installing the software and the installation worked fine. I opened it and the same message came up.

Does anyone no what this means or how to solve it so I can maybe purchase a new one or deactivate it.

Thanks

EDIT: Cleaned the registry, and then it worked.

Thanks!!

Not familiar with the program, however try uninstalling it and doing a registry clean. That will remove the orphaned registry entries. Then re-install it.

I think Flash is issued with a 12 month licence, depending on how you buy it. You might simply need a new one, but i'm sure Gav knows ;)

I try to write programs/games and don't know what a registry clean is!

*desperately tries to save himself from total humiliation*

I had a feeling it was with the registry. I tried searching for anything with my serial number but with no avail.

Thanks for quick responses though.

Gav hasn't got a clue, but does wonder why the first port of call is a racing simulations forum and not phoning Adobe...

Sounds like you downloaded it from Adobe and never activated it..... As in your demo is over.

But yea, hit Adobe up.

The Flanker is gone. :(
