USB TV Card

Im looking to get a cheap decent tv freeview card for my xps.

I found this one. Any opinions? Also is it the same product from both places as ebuyer is £10 more than eclipse and Im assuming that they are the same but can someone please confirm. Their manufacturer codes are different on the websites so im unsure....

A Linux forum suggest that the Lite version (99063) doesn't have the remote that the non-Lite version (00294) does, but searches for the non-Lite say it doesn't have one either.

No idea. They aren't the same, but details on the differences are vague to non-existent. Go with the non-Lite if you want to play it safe.

Regardless, unless you're sat near the top of a hill, with an almost clear view of the mast, you'll need a decent aerial in the attic or on the roof. Those little aerials supplied with the cards and dongles are completely hopeless in 90% of cases, so keep that in mind.
