I'm still not keen.

i don't know how anyone can be obsessed with such a dull, uninspiring, featureless, characterless band. they are on the same level as Dido, Travis and James Blunt.

go listen to Muse, hear what proper music should be like. they can do slow songs but still pack them with immense musicianship, emotion and feeling, whereas Keane's slow songs just sound dull and boring.

lol the whole point of music is you don't CHOSE what you like. You hear music that means something to you when you listen to it, it's special to you. you don't listen to it because yeeeeh it's muse woo now THIS is what music should be like im coool!

when i listen to keane i'm listening to something that really means something to me inside, and for the last couple of years keane have played a major part in my life. doesn't matter what anyone says, people can slag them off until the cows come home cause to me they mean something and thats why i love them and always will!

110% fair enough if people don't like them, i can't stand muse. one of the wonderful things in life is that everyone's different. if we're talking about this band is better than that band because we might aswell start the boys are better than girls convo.

I agree you can't force someone to like something, but girls are better than boys. They're just so pretty and awesome

nice said paul indeed you can't force people to like your music, but tbh i like the songs of keane, not because they are supergood to listen or something like that but just the songtexts, they are good

but I don't think all singles need specific topics because every week alot of singles are being made by 100 artists, or so lol

I get the impression that if you live in the UK you're cool if you hate Keane. I like them, some of their songs are quite good.
