unlocking my motorola

one of my friends buy a motorola c975 when he was in germany and now when he
back here as u know the phone didn't work anymore and he got this message always
"enter subsidy password" does anyone know how to get it i search on the internet
but the only way to get it is by buy the code with about 30e and i don't have any
money on the internet as i don'y have any credit card...is there any other way to get it...and thank u

well here in the UK, we takes our locked phones to a shop that deals with mobile phones and all their accessories, and they unlock them for us for between £5-£10.

are there no actual phone shops in your country?

there probably is way to do it on the internet, but I don't know how.

the people who unlock the phones plug the phone into their computer with a cable and press a few buttons and it becomes unlocked.

yeah there is a phone shop here but most of them don't know much about mobiles
other then nokia ....
last month i got the same problem with a mobile called TCM and i manage to find
the code for it but this time it's seems harder

beside if u got anyone here "in the phone shop" can fix the problem he will make
u pay more then the phone cost so u see the picture

Your phone has been blocked by the network, I think. Phone your phone company and ask them about it.
