Haha, on my defense that was the second day I ever played on clay, I was dead tired (not enough sleep, too many physical activities ), had just played for an hour and a half with a guy who's top notch, and I wasn't forcing any balls or trying anything, just putting on the court :P.

Nothing like that, just overdoing on sports (surf, volleyball, soccer,...) and having not enough sleep for 4 days in a row is tough. I've been through worse (am going through right now), but doing about 4hrs of sports a day, especially with surfing, really takes a toll. Anyways, I lost but had a sweet pizza afterwards, and got to meet this soccer player!

erm.. 4 hours of sports is nothing really... on the weekends i try to ride my bike for 6 hours.... no breaks or anything.. just go! =)

anyway... that's nothing really i've destroyed 4 racets do far... if i'm really pissed of i just throw them away... kick em.. step on them.. whatever comes to my mind at the moment..

that was quite an anti-climax, I was hoping you were gonna wrap your racquet around the other guys head, or at least have a fight, or cry like a girl.
