A friend of mine's S key was broken, so she replaced it with a Z. I thought Zcott was pretty cool and adopted the name from there!

I wrote this back in 2003:

My first name is "Lars". I always thought it looked asymmetrical, so I started to use an assumed "anglicized" version of this originally scandianvian name: "Larth". At least this is what I think an anglicized version of "Lars" would look like.

Since Larth sounds a bit like Darth, the next step is self-explanatory. "Larth" became "Larth Vader".

I soon encountered the old problem of DOS limitation (as described before by Morbid, for example). "Larth Vader" was simply too long for names in DOS games (usually only 8 characters), so I dropped "Larth" and kept the "Vader".

As you see, my name is really derived from a play on words, not so much from Star Wars. I like Star Trek more, anyway. Engage!

Mine is an odd one.

When the forum first got changed from no log in, to log in, I tried to register as Chris Jones, as I used to be on the phorum. But, when I tried it, it just wuldnt let me, in fact, I couldnt register any name, so somebody on MSN said you can changed your name once registered.

So in desperation, I just typed 'qwerty', it worked, I couldnt change the name (liars!) so I kept it :)

Due to the voting system in Germany, Governments are always made up of coalitions of different parties. At the last election, an almost unprecidented result saw the CDU/CSU (rough equivilant of the Conservatives) go into Government with the SPD (rough equivilant of Labour)

my name is Mukesh Chauhan, everyone calls me Muks for short. when i first started using the internet, and got an email address, I wanted Muks-C, but it was taken, so i had to use _ instead, so it became Muks_C. so now i always use the _ version to sign up for things. but some people think its meant to be - so they send emails to the wrong person.

but i now also have MuksC for emails, so even if they forget to put a _, it should still get to me.

RIP Jules, never to be forgotten. #KeepFightingMichael

On a trek through the gobi desert i suffered such starvation and malnourishment that i started eating sand and drinking my own sweat, when i finally reached a settlement they offered me a slaughtered pig and roasted it till it became dry and almost bacon like.

since then bacon has been my favourite food, but bacon seemed a rather peculiar and short name so i decided to think what my favourite type of bacon was: crispy bacon. That was my name until i came to the phorum where i had to drop the bacon part as it was just too long. Over time and darwin's therory of evolution crispy changed:

crispy ---> chrispy -----> chrisp ------> chrisb (to make the name less assymetrical)

and thats how my name came about
