install:

- copy/paste directory `oulton98´ into /Grandprix3/Gp3jamsH/..
- insert MagicData into *track*.dat depending on gameversion (1.13/2000)
[cmagic or cmagic2000 can do this for you]
- copy/paste *track*.dat into /Grandprix3/circuits/..
- use GpxPatch to load *track*.dat
