GP3 CarEditor_installed Version for Win7-Users

This zip contains all files from "GP3 CarEditor" by Paul Hoad installed on WinXP.
It is a 1:1 copy an should work on Win7. Just copy the hole directory to your HD. It also contains the original Readme.txt for further information.
