Wheel colour

Is there any way to change the colour of the wheel centres? e.g. Jaguar has gold wheels, I would like to put gold wheels on a fantasy car I have in the Minardi slot.

To my knowledge you can only change the wheel colors to gold by actually putting the car into the Jaguar slot which off course has the gold wheels.

I think its like the arms. they are white in a tex file then the exe grabs them and turns them another colour for whatever team. You can rebuild the wheel and map it do different things i suppose...
