help with livery design

hi, my team has just entered a gp4 offline league and needs a livery design before March 20th. i cannot design one even if my life depended on it so I need some help from the gp4 community designers. i can provide a half decent looking representation of what i would like in gp3 screenshot pictures or you're free to let you mind come up with something better (I can include all of the logos as well in the required format).
