Graphics problems

On the main menu, I select quick race, then I click on the track to select a new one.

A list appears, if I then click on info below the map, a screen opens that continually has white flashes across the screen. The scroll bar that should be next to the info of the race and text is missing.

All other screens etc are shown corectly in the game. This also happens after installing the latest patch.

PC :

Pentium 4 2GHz
640MB Ram
30GB HD
GeForce 4 Ti 4200 128MB with latest drivers (all drives show same problem)
Windows XP SP1 Pro (with all updates installed including DX9)
Samsung DVD
Samsung CD-RW

Any ideas?

if thats the only bug you have... congratulations and enjoy driving. forget the track info.
