Cockpit Editing Could be solved

I just remembered that when I was creating my Williams, I came across a .gp4 file that had the steering wheel display positions for MPH and Laptime etc. It was in the cars.wad file and it had a name like steering_display.gp4. Its probably wrong but the file is definitely there. Have you come across it at all? It opens with ZModeler too.

What do you think?

Cheers

Doesn't that mean that we can implement wheels from ADHOC such as the Williams steering Wheel?

yes, it is possible to do these by editing the position of the LEds and stuff in ZM. The only problem is where will the LCD screen go? In theory you can change the size of it, but you cant split it up. It woudl be interesting to find out what GP4 does if you resize the LCD

Note you can still only have one wheel per team tho

Hehe. I used that very same image as a base for most of my 2002 external wheels except the Ferrari one. ;)

Have ADHOC made cockpit versions of them? If so, where?

Berger Fan,

Does this mean that you are going to make the first internal steering wheel? It would be great if you could.

Cheers
