Multiplayer ???

hi,

this question has probably been posted a trillion times already, but I`m too lazy to look through all the posts ( excuse me ). I was wondering if there was a way to change something in multiplayer games. Is there a patch that enables playing entire seasons ? Or that you can do qualifying before a race, or change your starting postition ?

You know there is a search button here so it can narrows down the posts of what you are looking for.

I have tried to change the settings but I doubt if there is a way to modify it in the game.
