Helmet & Steering wheel pos

I've painted a new car and got into the game and it looked good. I used the McLaren shape from the game. What I want to know is can you change the position of the drivers helmet & steering wheel? I want to put the mclaren shape in place of the arrows shape and the helmet & wheel are not in the same spot. Plus can you change the colours of the rims e.g change the Ferrari rims from black to silver?
