Track looks awesome, but with most new tracks there are reflection issues when there is a rain chance. This is also the case with Sepang 2011 NV:
Flat objects like tarmac, white lines, verge, grass etc. should always have the flag value of "64". With this value the object won't reflect.
An another solution is to change the Z-value at "Base" to a ground level value. This prevents to have floating reflections in the sky:

Yepp.. Noticed it.. Video on Post 3 has it.. (dry race.. Light beam floats on track)

Very interesting lighting/shading effects. I´m proud of your efforts, guys. It shows how much yet to be developped for gp4 tracks. Well done!
