The best thing about the soundset are the two files you included.. The Pit and Radio .bnk files...

i use audacity / sony sound forge 10.0 Pro and sample editor from Lo2k's ..

the files have to be in 8 bits for bnk files and in wav for soundset (32 bits and 48000 hz is perfect for those sounds)
