Default car setup settings

Well I am close to getting into some serious setup work. However I am much better at setups, than I am at driving. So any setups I would make available in the near future would be for Pro. The difference should be small enough to make them useful for ace drivers too.
But I still have a mission in life before I get around to doing that. I can win on every track, except Monaco.
I am not even close... My car clips barriers like I had magnets attached to the bodywork of my car. Aaargh! Still need 3 seconds per lap and a lot of consistency.
