Well 1. Yes ruben is absolutely correct , 2. Brno had less people vote for it compared to Dubai, so dubai was chosen as the neutral round.

Well if you really want to know... me, macca, shep, johnmaverick, incident 2k9, reve, icky and johnwarrington all said they either wanted dubai or would be happy with dubai, compared to only 4 or something like that for Brno
