It doesn't really say what he did the past 7 years, so it's hard to judge how likely a comeback is. Whether it's "just" the amount of money or rather the right people with the right idea for a game. Also what's stopping him from doing independant projects again?
Without having an answer to this questions, I wouldn't hold my breath, but I think it's great to read his story and be reminded of great times in each of his games.

Motivation maybe?... it seems he found it again... probably some bills to pay ;)

i think i read he spent these 7 years investigating deeper about physics... i know for sure that with current techonlogy at this day and age Geoff Crammond's effort would be better than many games out there... probably not ont he level or an Iracing game, but 2nd best maybe??

pls comeback... codemasters have the right idea, but not the right guy

Very interesting interview from "Sir" Geoff; thanks for posting the link!

As my disillusionment with F1 2010 grows and my love for GP4 endures, I can only dream of a Geoff Crammond-led GP5!

The interview sais it's his unfinished business, so it seems the motivation is there, but the circumstances are not right.
