i had the opposite affect, i dropped PO by around 20, and raised fps by 2, which on my PC is a major improvement.

i will try with the GP4 v9 patch in a minute as well

okay, it don't work with the patched version of the game, it just keeps asking for DX8.1

Because they helped popularize the use of the personal computer, and without them you wouldn't be reading this message, because it wouldn't exist?
