GP4 Master works, CSC4 not!

When I go to drive practise it throws me back in windows. I found a reason why. When I export anything with CSC4 the game dosn't work, but when I export with GP4 Master the game works fine. CSC4 is better than GP4 Master, but I am forced to use Master.

Does anyone know why can I export with Master and not with Carset Creator?
