Clean install +patch is ok.

I did a full clean up, reg clean etc, removed all versions of the game and reinstalled including new patch. Game runs ok 1280x1024 everything on including heat haze (just static em on and bumb mapping off). I get 40 fps.
The decryted exe doesn't work though... I mean it still want's the cd before starting. This doesn't matter for me, and I may reinstall when some editors can be applied to the patchréd game, Anybody else had the same experience?

I used the gp4.exe from the Carset Creator site. It is decrypted, but NOT a no-CD version. I then used a file called "gp4nocd_102.exe" (author "Daysleeper"
that removes the CD check from the decrypted exe, thus turning it into a nocd-decrypted exe.
