Steering Wheel Display (was wad file etc.)

How come I cannot see arms in t-cam view? I am looking in replay mode. Is this correct? I have installed a new wheel but still i cannot see it, the new wheel even shows arms. What am I doing wrong here? Any advice etc would be really appreciated, this is pissing me off big time! ;-/ It is so easy to change a wheel in gp3 but this is a major disaster! wtf!

you should always have arms in the outside views in GP4. Changing the external wheel should not effect the arms.

In replay mode? Cycling through the views I don't see any arms.
