Number Of Players In GP4 Multiplayer

A mate of mine is writing a review of GP4 and he wants to know how many players the game will support in multiplayer mode?

I belive it would be the grid length like GP3 was?

I know. Keeping things quiet he hasnt a clue about Grand Prix games, espically the quality of Geoff's (his fav F1 game is Eidos, Formula 1 98 game - nuff said), so dont expect a glowing review.
