you MUST get them...i use the 40.52 version which came out the day before (i'll download the 40.71's next month cos i got no internet time left..)and i gained an extra 200 points in 3D mark 2001 se
thats the biggest jump for drivers i've ever seen.....the 40's are definately better....although they can be a pain to install as they have a new interface for the setings...

I did Chunter...these are slower than 30.82 witth GP4 by two FPS.
But 40.41 were slower by 4 and the game (and introductory movie) was "flashing" at times so there is an improvement going at Nvidia.
BTW since you are here and you are so good with game graphics can you do me a quick favor?
Simply swap faces between Jordan's engineer (Eddie Jordan) and Sauber's one (Peter Sauber).
They did this small mistake and I tried to correct it with photoshop but without success (game crashes).

slower than 30.82's by two fps......thats what i gained extra by using the 40.52's try using NVhardpage to turn ALL of your vertical sync off
