I think it is. I've got winXP Pro. Gp4 runs fine, but for more frames I must turn the kardvare acelation for sound off. The sound then is not so good, but the grafic is better.

worx very well here on xp, with sound accel on highest.. any lower and the sound is just soooo crap i can only hear little beeps for the engine noise.
