i pressed print screen to take a look at "the water" in GP4 and this is how it came out.

Yeah it happened to me lots with the unpatched version, i was hoping it might be fixed 
Actaully it was normal for peices of car to disappear when taking shots in GP4
I took over 400 a day when making the cara and over 75% of them had missing wheels, or nose cone or something like that
