I wouldnt worry about mapping before making nose fit. Reflections and shape shows its just taken from another car and doesnt fit in any ways..

Btw can you post a wire shot?

IWE, i saw the car,and 23601 has created some faces between the nose_cone and the cockpit,but the nose is lower than cockpit anyway.So i will fix it before mapping.

Good.You have CS4,so you can paint-directly-on-shape(.3ds).I will do a wireframe after mapping via Zmodeler anyway.

The progress goes very slow. I'm currently busy with my work, school and over a few weeks I'm going on holiday to Spain...But I'll try to work on it when I've got some free time

Hi,

I decided to restart my Repsol F1 project. It's been moths now when I worked on it. But here is the new 2010 car.
Helmets will be made for the Arai 2009 version.
