Logitech FF Wheel "issues"

anyone else noticed this:
using a logitech formula force (not momo), the wheel sometimes, "jolts" to the left for no reason, usually at the end of a high speed straight and under breaking.
I have all the FF setting set to max (i like a lot of bite in my wheel) - is this the problem? I am assuming its a Logitech / GPx problem - GP3 & 2000 did it to me. Have not noticed it in any other driving sim.
