YES! That game needs a 16MB video card minimum, although some have been lucky to get it going on a 8MB card. But 4MB is definately NOT enough.

You can buy a 32Mb card for about £50 these days then will allow the game to run well.

Good wording. It is working, but not very well. In fact, not well enough; back to GP3 2000.
