Pissed off with performance

Having read other posts, i'd like to join in with the torrent of abuse. Now unlike some I don't have a top range PC , my specs are:-


Duron 750Mhz, 256Mb Pc133 Ram, G-Force 2 MX 32Mb, Win XP Pro.


Now with that set up I didn't expect killer frame rates, but surley I was entitled to better than 13 FPS , and thats with all detail at minimum ( 640 x 480).

Well, not really mate. A 32mb card is quite poor, you really need a 64mb one, and it being an mx doesnt help in this case. Your processor isnt brilliant either so 13fps sounds about right.

uh oh, mines 500Mhz. what am i gonna do?!?!?!

Welcome to the club m8.....im really pissed off too
after much experimenting ive managed to get a frame rate of 30 but thats with everything scaled down, while the frame rate is now managable im not satisfied with the level of graphic content :O((( grrrrrrrrr

whats the point in going over 25 odds? Thats what ur TV does, why go any higher?

i think my:

2GHZ Athlon, 512MB ram, Geforce 4 Ti 4600 :P should only just be able to get a couple of FPS out of GP4
