That's not an actual forum policy, we've had people shouting jpegs only as png and bmp's take far too long to load, so post those at your own risk okay.

No, the screenshots I post are JPGs but they link to a PNG image, larger and with a better quality.
That's why I always say "Click for Hi-Res" or "Click for full size" etc...

So I'm all clean.
