Correct, it will prevent an existing driver from gaining perf points, if a test driver is used that already drives for another series, they can do so, but no perf points are permitted to be added. So teams have to notify us of their test drivers asap so the test perf can be made up.

Okay things are getting messed up now with drivers swapping seats...
There are some seats swapped around at Viper K1 and Real Madrid Yermo and I'm got that all
I hope no further changes

Dean Kittleson out, Roberto Yermo in
Dean Kittleson will leave Yermo Real Madrid. Kittleson will be driving in his own team in WGP. Yermo will leave a space at KBR and that will be filled by Jo Pellatt.
KBR Team Principal Kyran Brazier said the following about the swaps:
"Roberto has informed me earlier this week that he would be leaving the team before the start of the season, due to a WGP drive becoming available in his own team Yermo Real Madrid. The team wish him the best of luck for the future and we welcome Jo Pellatt to replace the Spanadian"

In a small ceremony held at the team's European headquarters in England, Senna BR Racing manager Vantoil Lima Jr. presented the British driver as their new surprise. His teammate Guilherme Cramer was also present in the ceremony.
Guilherme: "Dan is a great guy, I've known him for quite a while and I'm very happy to have another good friend join our team. He should provide the team with some very good data as me and Brière won't always be available to test, and hopefully also develop well as a driver. I'm looking forward for his debut!"
