theory's that they're basically endplates but placed at specific intervals along the wing to increase downforce, or rather maintain or slightly increase downforce by reducing drag.

so not exactly fences, chet

they look more like some sort of vortex generators




looks like someone just went a little overboard with the heat haze thats all, no harm done
