thats actually very simple you just need to select an area and apply the ripple tool. it takes like literally only 30seconds or less to do.

i dont use the ripple tool,i dont use photoshop either...i use psp 9 and the warp brush,the reason i use warp brush is that it creates different effects every time where as the ripple tool in photoshop kind of looks the same all over i think,my opinion of course..

ah i see. well i wouldnt have guessed that. at bout 60% strength the ripple tool looks pretty much identical to that.

thats the same way i do it lee , its the best

i think the ripple tool looks too uniform where as the warp brush i think looks very random in its effect,it also takes longer than 30 seconds to get it to look half decent as you can distort the main image too much.
