Small update...

Added some bridges (two hefty footbridges before the final corner) and some ads along the backstraight. Bigbrother has requested a few other things to make the track more "homely" so to speak, and they will be added soon. This then should be the final beta version for him to test (once rail ads have 0 chance of causing crash / bad graphics / rocket high PO). I will then need one or two more volunteers running -

a) a low-end pc
b) mid-end

Bigbrother has tested with a higher-end pc, and the results seem promising...

Note that graphics may need editing slightly to make the track work 100%

lol @ bigbrother, Thanks to you're help, I've fixed almost every seriouly noticeable bug (minus the pitlane markings, but I'm working on those), so I give you my thanks for your help so far, you'll receive the "final" version either tonight or tomorrow, and then if others who are interested pm me in the next 2 days with their email addresses (not gmail, I cannot send to it) and you will receive the final version for final testing :)

It will be first come, first served, so the first ten to fall into the categories I have named will be used :) This is so my connection isn't clogged up for hours on end ;)

Ladies and gentlemen, (and those who are unsure of what they are for PC purposes ;)) The track is finished :)

It will be sent to steven for the final test, and providing all is good; when the ten places are filled up (remember to send me your email address, and no gmail), you will receive the track within the next 4 days. Because my pc is slower than a snail, I'll show you some 3D editor pics of what the track currently looks like :)

The .gp4 itself is neaely 5mb (the originals are almost 8), so although more detail could be used, you don't actually see that much of the infield at 230mph (or so I'm told ;)) but after receiving almost 100% positive feedback (one or two fixes needed) the track will be ready for beta testers within the next week once I'm happy that everything is working 100% :)

The main problem once I receive the all-clear from everyone is where to upload it. Although gp4italia is an obvious choice because there aren't any restrictions (people with routers can download from there, not from rapidshare), there is the small problem of the download quota. If anyone can host it, or knows of someone who would happily host it, contact me asap so that you can all keep on racing :)

Yea, but:

a) I can't login in to the main site
b) How the hell do you upload stuff anyway? ;)

If anyone can help out, that'd be grand, this site does need a shot in the ass regarding downloads ;)

Karan19 can't download from there I seem to remember being told, I can't download from there - we're on routers, and I don't want people complaining that they can't get it from there because they keep getting told that they've downloaded 50000kb in the last hour...
