sorry but I rememenber it was set for october a year ago
would have been a lot quicker with ctdp 3d shapes
but f1c is still the only one game with that track

so are you planning a date ahead for release?

hold your horses, it isn't my full time job to create this bahrain track. It's still a hobby in my free spare time, you know...

anywayz, I send a new Beta version (Beta2) to Ricardo Lampert to upload on his server for a release in the upcomming days (not sure how many spare time Ricardo has to upload it and update his website).

The track still has several issues, but it's starting to look something and it's driveable, so i'm releasing a new Beta version.

and before everybody is going to ask, no i'm not going to send it to anybody else to put it on any other server..

I completely agree with you. Take your time - building tracks can be a hell of work, especially the objects around it. Thanks for beta.

I hope that it was nobody's intention to sound demanding but... How awesome is it that people spend this kind of time and effort to create works that mortals like us download for free. If F1C is so great - drive it then. Maybe you would like to pay for your sim driving pleasure?? A la Simbin. I don't mean to sound harsh but...

The track will be out when it is out and we will enjoy driving it regardless of when it is released.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that creates these awesome works and then turns them loose for all of us to enjoy. Whether it be tracks, cars, or mods - Thank you one and all!!!

sorry again, I know you arent paid for this and you sure have something better than that to do with you lives like everyone else but its just that I started this project a year ago, ctdp offered us the track ((for free) really nice graphics btw!) and I tough the project had completely stopped for awhile...

looks great, really...
so this is my feedback:
when leaving the pits it seems like the cars in front of you ride on their nose with their back in the air (shadowproblem?)
in a copple of turns your tyres sink in the tarmac (only on replay)

for the rest this is great work, thanks and keep up the good work!

Well, it did stop a while ago, but thanks to erwins effort it kinda got started up again. So what's your problem? you wanted to release it first? Who stopped you? We didn't force you to stop your project.
