I've used PSP to reduce the size of the picture but the quality of the final product is awful.

How do you reduce it while keeping things looking like the ones shown here?

In PSP, when resizing, make sure you DONT resize using Pixel Resize, makes it look all crappy, try using Bicubic or Biliner

Also, if possible edit out the replay bars, like in Iain's shots. The shots are great, but those bars and icons are a bitch :P.
