1997 mod, someone?

Hey,

there is a topic running for a 1998 mod, in which the screenshots look magnificent by the way. I was thinking, has anybody made a 1997 mod (or working on it). I'd really like one if it's possible, as it was the last year where the cars were on full slicks, and the cars were still wider... and off course it's also the year where JV was crowned champion.

If anyone has got one or is planning to make one... I am certainly interested !

i think it's the only untouched year but i think intweb was makin a 97 arrows so u never know

For GP4, like Sauber89 said, it's been left untouched, but for F1c there's been a couple of attempts......which are either in-complete or just poorly made.

Just to let modders know, and to make this topic relive a bit in the hope that someone will start working on it. I really would love it but unfortunately I'm no good shaper or designer...

@ button 14 lol thats a tad harsh mate . @ Atomik well theres a 96 mod goin on at the moment also a 95mod a grand prix games mod erm i think thats it but the shapers are busy at the moment . but good things come to those who......

but the last Mod 97 for F1C isn't incomplete and it's simply a great Mod. Maybe someone can convert it for GP4

This is what Gabe_Logan has been working on in the last weeks.
What do you think about it? I think it looks great! And sorry for the big pic

looks pretty good, just check proportions i think and it will be lovely, like the top part of the nose should be higher, rollover bar a little lower and higher rear wing.

Well, I've got a model of this car here next to my pc, and I must say that rear wing and rollover bar are correct.
It's just where the nose joins the cockpit that doesn't fit 100% I guess... But I can't really point my finger at it... :S
