in the tyrrell pic you mean? well that's an early pre-alpha version and many positions aren't tuned.
i think Tony grabbed the only car with "nearly to ideal" steer position

has any one noticed that massive clipping problem on the cockpit shot?

sure, same as above,that was the first attempt for the cockpit so i don't care to adjust the clipping with the tweaker. there is a missing internal rim on the tyrrel wheel as well.

making the point:

there will be:

ferrari t3 and t4
lotus 79 and 80
arrows a1 and a2
mclaren m28 (3 versions) and m29
brabham bt48 and bt49
renault rs-01 and rs-10
wolf wr8
shadow dn11
fittipaldi fa6
alfa 179
williams fw06 and fw07
tyrrell 009

total 19 different carshapes, not bad for a project started in august 2004.

how Tony can insert all of these in gp4 is a mistery

yep theres some bugs but they'll be fixed.
for the external stwheel the options are:
-small round wheel with hands unattached
-oblong wheel with hands on
-round, flat bottomed with hands on
-full size round 3d rim with hands on

i think the 3d option is the best until someone figures out where the external wheels shape is anyway.

oh, theres also:
ats d2
ligier js11
rebaque 79

and its a shadow dn9

plus of course there'll be many texture variations.

also if anyone can find a picture of eddie jordan testing a mclaren in 1979 we might inclde that too :P

Is it possible have the hand on stwheel a little higher and an angle so the "elbow" is a little more outwards.
But that maybe is a problem when you turn the stwheel :?
Anyway, here is an edit picture of what I mean.

theres actually 15 - and its done with CSM (lots of subsets) but sadly only 22 cars at a time still

i got the wheels - very nice
i saw some uninified pieces, but didnt have a good look yet.
