Why not install them again, then zip up the cars.wad and write it to CD? Then it is safe and you save time.

what's funny is... this isn't the first time.. i think someone's stealing my cd's they keep dissapearing :|

Put it in brown envelope and sellotape it to the underneath of your desk or on the back of your monitor. Alternatively, make a whacking great big keyring of the CD.
