CSM detail settings

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if there is the possibility of adjusting things in the GP4 CSM MOD:
1) define the waiting time for track marshals before their intervention on the single-seaters.
2) Make the single-seaters indestructible but repairable in the pits
3) have a single performance file rather than 1 file per race
