Slipstream Tweak issues

I've just finished the process of getting the tweaker to work, but i've hit a roadblock with the slipstream portion, as that's what i'd like to edit. I was following the instructions on another post and got to the step that said " Download GP4tweak_PE.zip (date 27 june 2004) from here [gp4tweaker.vadertrophy.com]". This vadertrophy site does not work, or is having some sort of issue preventing me from accessing the necessary files. Is there another way I can access the slipstream tweaks?
