HELP! Pedals G27. [Solved]

Logitech G27. Almost new.
Has passed ~40 tracks. All was OK. Now approximately through each 4-6 laps the maximum speed began to decrease on 15-30 km/h.

Pedals and resistors pure, all has touched and has cleaned 2 times.
Any options for Player did not change, yes they and do not influence this problem.
The most bad that at me is not present ideas what to do.

That can be a PLANK WEAR PROBLEM due to incorrect RACE SETUP INSIDE THE GAME.
Its not the wheel and not the pedals. I have this exact same wheel, so i really know.

When the plank under the car is above 1.0 it reduces the speed of the car significantly.

PLANK WEAR always <0,1. It I watch especially.
