After closing CSM, I receive this message, anybody knows what it means?

Yes, I googled it, it says something like a mess, so I assumed it was something that failed but after that everything worked fine so I asked just for curiosity

That's a very very old leftover in the code. I looked it up and by the looks of it, it is probably a corrupt wad file in your gp4 folder.
CSM tries to determine if you're using fast wads and if something unexpected happens, it displays that message. It was not meant for displaying to the user.
It's probably a leftover when I was testing a build. I can't remember. It was written more than 15 years ago.
Anyway, it can't do harm. These are the things you could check:
Maybe there's a 0KB wad file or a wad file you can't open in your gp4 folder because it is corrupt or maybe there is some process locking the wad file from opening by csm?
