Mariano, is this the Monaco 2004 beta track??? remember the bugs on the ccline specially at the new pool sector and before turn 1 when the cars goes to the right, invade pit line and eventually crash with other cars going out of pit...??

Back to basics... I feel like a newbie! hahahahaa!!!

Look at Racesimulations.com. There you search for "Monaco 2004" by MarioB (11-May-2005) and update this with "Monaco 2004 beta update 1" (same autor, 22-May-2005).

Then update the dat-file with the cc-line by marianodc: marianodicarlo.googlepages.com/gp4

Big problems with this track, I know this has come up before, but I can't get this track to work properly, the 2006 cc line is wrong in the last sector all the cars crash, I've installed all the tracks mentioned before, all the hi res and updates, white panels in the last sector, the cars go everywhere.

I don't want to be demanding but I think the trackmakers should stop on all other tracks and build a proper monaco, this is the one with all the bugs and would be good if it was made properly. I don't mean to put down marianodc or other track makers but I can't get this track to work.

The only version I think will work is 2004v1 made by Ricardo Lampert, Laurent Rousseau, Erwin Maliepaard and Mark Beijer, please let me know if I'm doing something wrong, I installed that version then the update caelen (hi res) then got Monaco 2004" by MarioB (11-May-2005), then Monaco 2004 beta update 1, then I installed the hi res (2006) to this version then put in marianodc 2006 cc lines. I can see on 3d eitor the last sector of the cc line goes way outside the track width.

shuy06; if you are going to pay me, i quit with every track i'm working on. Else i will decide myself on what track i work on; ever tried to make a track yourself????

When i made the track all tools were not so easy as they are now (thank's to Laurent). Example all bin-files are done by hand, no autoconversion ore what so ever. I worked on Monaco for more than a year and it was one of the first track with layout changes. I had to discover a lot of things, like turning the cars in the pitlane, changing cc-lines, and that wasn't so easy as it is now.
This track is more than 2 years old, why don't you think no one else made it already? Because it's a hell of a job.
So just a little bit more respect to all trackmakers.

And yes, the track will be updated when i want to work on this track.

I wasn't having a go at anyone, I just think that this track should be worked on more than others because the other tracks work fine, I'm pretty sure this track has the most bugs with it. but if you understood me wrong I wasn't having a go at you guys, I can imagine how hard it is to build and I respect that and the new tracks coming out now are fantastic. But its up to you guys to decide what you want to build so I guess I'll just shut up then.

How to make so that the asphalt of Monaco is as in the original game? In the version with new pilane, it has two types of asphalt.
It would like that asphalt was alone with a type of texture... Open archive monaco.gp4, and all the track parts are with the same archive, but in the game it is as different textures, as in the photo. How to correct this? Creating new dat? Grateful

Certain, but the final stretch the car was very bad... seems to be floating and it does not have shade in the soil...

Open the dat-file with the editor, convert dat to bin. And put the new trackbin into the wad that's all.
