Autosave bug after ZAZTools1.27b patch

Hi all,
A little bug I feel I should mention, I did a race in the RAIN and I crashed so I thought no problem ill just reload the autosave,
and when I did there was no rain, no wet track and it was sunny, which bumed me out cos I was really enjoying racing in the rain.
So I guess the question is, Is this a bug or something needs to get turned on or off in the setups?
I should also mention that the game freezes often during replay.
I hope there's a simple fix, and as always I appreciate any help.
